Over several days together in Costa Rica, we weave together complementary approaches that support emotional, spiritual, and embodied transformation.

Participants are guided through preparation and integration practices throughout the retreat to ensure the ceremonial experience is approached with care and thoughtful support.

As a certified Shamanic Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, past life and intuitive guide, she brings expanded awareness into the body — not above it.

Brittany joins the retreat to guide the sacred ceremonial medicine experience.
She approaches this work with reverence and responsibility, holding the ceremony as a sacred doorway within the larger arc of the retreat.
Medicine is not the centerpiece.
It is approached consciously and integrated deliberately — supported by the emotional and spiritual work that unfolds throughout our time together.
Together, these women hold a carefully guided experience where emotional integration, spiritual wisdom, and sacred ceremony meet.

Do I need prior plant medicine experience?

No. Preparation guidance is provided. You will experience an alignment call with Lisa and Cathleen as well as a call with Brittany regarding your medicine experience prior to the retreat.
Is this only for women in grief?

No and grief is a part of what we are experiencing in this world right now so it’s not excluded. This retreat is for women who are ready to explore more than how and what they have been living. Going deeper within and uncovering what’s been hidden, waiting patiently for your compassion.
What if I feel nervous?

Nervousness is natural. Nothing is forced. You will be embraced as you are, where you are and at your own pace.

This is an retreat specifically created for 8 women. An intimate immersion and expansion with room for individual exploration. Designed for a sacred space and circle. You will have a chance to connect with all participants when we have a zoom meeting for preparation and illumination.
